Chelsea are set to splash the cash in January.

Chelsea have reportedly agreed personal terms with Monaco defender Benoit Badiashile, with a January transfer deal progressing fast. The Blues spent £271million on a whole host of new faces in the summer but could delve back into the transfer market in the New Year to bolster their squad again.

Badiashile came through the Monaco academy before making his first-team debut against Paris Saint-Germain as a 17-year-old in 2018. The centre-back has gone on to make 135 appearances for Monaco and has experience playing in the Champions League and the Europa League.
