Liverpool, Arsenal and Man Utd target Victor Osimhen decides criteria for next club

Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has 16 goals this season and is reportedly a target for several Premier League clubs, with his representatives demanding £80m for their client

Liverpool and Arsenal are among the big-name suitors vying to sign Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen.


The 23-year-old has had an excellent season at Napoli and the Italian side are keen to cash in on his progress this summer. His agents have been given the green light to tout their client around the Premier League, with Manchester United also linked with the £80million rated star.


Osimhen is open to leaving Naples but wants only to join a Champions League club, which has ruled out Newcastle for now at least. The player has scored 16 goals and chipped in with five assists in 28 matches for the Serie A side, who sit third behind AC Milan and Inter Milan.


His positive season has come despite suffering a serious facial injury back in November, which saw him miss Nigeria’s African Cup of Nations campaign. Since returning in mid-January Osimhen has been forced to wear a protective mask, scoring seven in his last 10 appearances in the league.
