Uwakwe, 22, has signed on an 18-month loan from Chelsea. 

Uwakwe spent the season on loan with Accrington Stanley, where he scored four goals in his first two games after scoring a hat-trick in the EFL Trophy on his debut against Leeds United Under-21s. 

In his one appearance for Chelsea Under-21s this season, he scored in the EFL Trophy against Forest Green.
