Done Deal: Barcelona Star Set To Join Chelsea

 




In recent months, Ousmane Dembele has been a troublesome figure in Barcelona. The Frenchman has turned down numerous renewal offers from the Blaugrana. As a result, Sporting Director Mateu Alemany and Xavi Hernandez have decided that allowing him to leave is the best option.


Dembele could be close to joining Chelsea, according to a report from La Porteria. The Blues have been interested in him for a long time and, according to Alfredo Martinez, have already struck a number of agreements.


Dembele joined Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund in the summer of 2017 as the garnet and blue's most expensive signing, with a transfer fee of €130 million. He has made 129 appearances for the club, scoring 31 goals.
