Cristiano Ronaldo's brilliance helped Manchester United bounce back from a 2-2 draw against Newcastle with a dominant 3-1 victory over Burnley. In the first half, Ralf Rangnick's team overpowered the opponents, scoring all three of their goals before halftime.

Rangnick chose Cristiano Ronaldo and Edinson Cavani to play up top for Manchester United. Burnley were beaten all night by the duo, earning the Red Devils a much-needed victory.

With a shot from outside the area, Scott McTominay scored the game's first goal in the seventh minute. The midfielder's first goal of the season set the tone for Manchester United's dominance in the first half. Cristiano Ronaldo was credited with the assist despite swiping the ball from the forward's toe.
