Rangnick hints he may be targeting higher than a Champions League place
Ralf Rangnick believes his Manchester United club is capable of much more than merely finishing in the top four.
The Red Devils climbed into the top six with a comfortable 3-1 win over Burnley on Thursday, thanks to goals from Scott McTominay, Cristiano Ronaldo, and a deflected Jadon Sancho strike.
United surged into the top six in the standings with a game in hand, just four points behind fourth-placed Arsenal.
Rangnick, on the other hand, suggested that after a successful conclusion to the season at Old Trafford, his team's ambitions for the balance of the season may be greater.
"I wouldn't say fourth is the minimum," Rangnick told Amazon Prime. 'It's about progressing to the next level.'
'There are now eight games,' says the narrator.
